LEAFS - Life Enrichment Adult Forum for Seniors

A North Metropolitan Ecumenical Ministry

LEAFS is an ecumenical endeavor begun by a group of lay and clergy leaders in the North Metropolitan Area from Roman Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, Covenant and UCC congregations.  The forums provide a life enrichment experience for seniors in the community.  The first series was held in the spring of 1995 at the Church of Saint William.
 

Spring 2008

Dates: Mondays (March 31, April 14, April 28, May 12).
Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (includes lunch).
Place: Christ the King Lutheran Church (March 31 & April 14) - 1900 7th ST NW, New Brighton
  Nativity Lutheran Church (April 28 & May 12) - 3312 Silver Lake Rd, St. Anthony
Cost: $38 for the series or $12 per session (advance registration).
$40 for the series or $14 per session (at the door).

  • Beyond the Yellow Ribbon
  • The Art of Giving
  • Holy Land Conflict: Is There Any Hope?
  • Equipping Leaders Who Are in the Midst of a Gathering Storm
  • Concert by the Minneapolis Area Synod Band
